Since launching in 2019, Xquisite Events by Shadine has become one of the South Coast’s most trusted event companies, specializing in weddings, corporate functions, and celebrations of all kinds. The company is known for its signature balloon artistry, luxury styling, and marquee rentals, bringing every client’s vision to life with precision and flair.

 

Shadine’s entrepreneurial journey is marked by faith, resilience, and purpose. In 2023, she participated in the Young Women of Purpose (YWOP) program, where she was crowned Most Outstanding REAPer and received a grant to elevate her business operations. That same year, she won the MIIC Business Pitch Competition – Mandeville Leg.

 

Her creativity and hard work have earned national recognition. In 2025, she was featured in Gleaner Flair Magazine during Women’s Month and in Black Entrepreneurs Magazine (July Issue) as a Rising Entrepreneur. That year, she also achieved one of her proudest milestones — being named First Place Winner of the 2025 Scotiabank Vision Achiever Program, honoring her leadership, innovation, and business excellence.
